On the Thursday evening after the last day of preschool, the families of the preschoolers got together to celebrate the class that will be moving on to kindergarten next year.
Kaia said hello to the youngest member of the audience, Elizabeth, who was only a week or two old at the time.
Ms. Jeannette's class performed a rousing rendition of "Wheels on the Bus." Tommy was unable to attend, so Spencer had to take over as bus driver. They did well, sometimes doing the actions to the song, and occasionally singing the words and were only slightly distracted when the bus fell over. Several times.
Everyone, take a bow!
The two classes joined together to sing "I've been having fun in preschool."
Ms. Jeannette's class watches intently as Ms. Sabrina's class gets their awards.
Then it's Jeannette's class' turn. Sierra loves her teacher!
The older class performed a skit about some farm animals in the mud and "Mrs. Wishy Washy," who liked to keep them clean.
Then they exited for a costume change into their tiny, adorable caps and gowns!
We had a little fun with our friends at the end of the program and shared a pot luck dinner!
See you next year!
Good post An interesting discussion is worth a comment as in this age group children learn quickly and as they grow older they start exploring. kindergarten school
