When our friend Harper turned 4 this summer, she invited her friends over for a pajama party. We stormed the playroom while we waited for all the guests to arrive. All those little girls (and a few little boys!) sure made for a lot of chaos.
We played some games, including musical pillows, which was a lot of fun and involved the kids throwing themselves onto the pillows when the music stopped.
And do you see all those pillow cases? Those were the party favors. What a great take-home treat. Lorae's mother made them, and they were all made from colorful flannel and had each little guest's name embroidered on the edge. I must admit I would love to play with that fancy embroidery machine.
Games were followed sharing some treats.
And then there was cake. Must have cake. That's one happy birthday girl!
